Pitter Patter Collections, Inc. began in the summer of 2002. It was founded by Annette Stoner and based truly on her love for children and passion for design. Annette recognized a need for ethnic, island style bedding that is classy and appealing to parents just as much as children.
In the spring of 2004, Annette and her family made a life changing decision and moved from Orange County, California to Taos, New Mexico. Moving to this small mountain community created a great challenge in running a business that is based in Los Angeles, but Annette and family are settling in nicely and enjoying the Taos lifestyle which includes outdoor activities such as skiing, horseback riding and hiking.
It wasn’t long before Annette met Donna Longo who became Partner/Office Manager and a great friendship has formed. Nearly five years into the journey, Pitter Patter has become one of the premiere resources for high-quality children’s bedding.
The Hawaiian Collection continues to bring the Aloha Spirit to families across the nation. The Hemp Collection called “Footprints in the Sand” is the softer side of hemp and Pitter Patter’s contribution back to Mother Nature.
The recently added Asian Collection is becoming a front runner with it’s exclusive textiles and soft minkis.
While Pitter Patter has endured growing pains and significant change, they have managed to establish themselves across the nation and continue to meet the needs of parents and children alike. They are proud to keep jobs in America by having their products Made in the USA.
