ARROYO SECO DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION, Sin agua, no hay vida is an official incorporated organization funded by the USA CLEAN WATER ACT and monitored by the STATE OF NEW MEXICO. The organization is organized and operated by a Board and Board Officers. All positions are volunteer, and unpaid.
