Erin Greenberg born in Los Angeles, Ca. began her journey into Yoga practices as a child attending services at Yogananda's Self-Realization Fellowship Temple. She studied various Hatha Yoga styles intensely and worked under the guidance of very fine teachers. She moved to Taos in 1995 and began teaching in her own unique stlye which she describes as the feminine face of Hatha Yoga. Prana Yoga opened in Arroyo Seco in 1998 and is frequented by both locals and our friendly visitors, many of whom return year after year.
Reto Messmer was born in Zurich,Switzerland.He studied Martial Arts for 25 years and competed in Chinese boxing and kick boxing both in Europe and China. He moved to Taos in 1994.He is a fine muralist, sculptor, and painter. He adores Kung Fu and Tai-Chi and has shared his expertise since 1995. Both Erin and Reto live happily in Arroyo Seco and feel like the luckiest people on the planet!
